Announcing our DevOps Emergency

We’re excited to announce the latest—and truly unique—addition to our services: DevOps Emergency. This offering delivers self-explanatory business value by promptly restoring the operation of critical systems.
Whenever a Linux-based infrastructure outage affects your business, our experienced on-call SRE engineers can investigate and solve the issue. The best part is that you don’t need a pre-existing agreement with us, and we can still commence our work within an hour of your request!
Our DevOps Emergency service covers various infrastructure providers, such as bare-metal servers and private and public clouds (including AWS, Azure, GCP, and European clouds). As a Kubernetes Certified Service Provider, we specifically focus on Kubernetes clusters, regardless of which solutions you rely on: it could be a managed Kubernetes service, a homegrown platform, or a well-known platform from the vendor (OpenShift, Rancher, etc.). Our SRE team is also ready to deal with the different technology stacks—programming languages, frameworks, and server software—on which you build and run your business-critical applications.
We’ll happily perform a comprehensive audit and elaborate on necessary changes in your software architecture, cloud services usage, server configurations, and SRE and DevOps processes to secure you from future infrastructure failures as much as possible.
