Announcing our DevOps Insurance: affordable server support for emergencies

We’re excited to launch our newest offering: DevOps insurance for cloud and server infrastructure! This service, being unique in the market, aims to bring reliable IT operations affordability to the next level.

Palark has been designing, implementing, migrating, and maintaining server and cloud infrastructure for customers of various sizes across industries for years. Our experience led us to recognise a gap between demand and supply for DevOps and SRE services in the B2B market. Many companies rely on IT infrastructure to run their businesses, but don’t have a dedicated team of engineers to support it 24/7. DevOps insurance fills this gap by providing affordable technical support covering urgent infrastructure incidents only, with a strong focus on Linux- and Kubernetes-based workloads.

How does DevOps insurance work?

DevOps insurance is designed to operate similarly to health or car insurance. It offers subscription plans with reasonable monthly fees (starting at just €500+!) that provide expert assistance from our DevOps and SRE engineers in the event of infrastructure-related incidents affecting your business-critical applications. We agree on how access to the insured infrastructure is provided to our engineers beforehand, so they can start investigating and fixing the issue as soon as possible.
